Shipping Policy for Print Cupid

Thank you for choosing Print Cupid for your personalized phone case covers! We strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Delivery Time:

One we receive your order we will start printing and packaging process. Once packaging is done, we will ship the product within 3-4 days though reputed carrier which will take 7-8 days in delivery including shipping days, in case of some unavoidable circumstance’s delivery may take 2-3 days extra.

Note : 10-11 business days for Northeast and J&K (excluding weekends and holidays)

 

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping on our all product is completely free.

We use reputable carriers such as BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx, eKart, Expresses, ECom Express, and India Speed Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Note : COD shipments cannot be sent via India Speed Post.

 

3. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number through our website or the carrier's tracking system.

 

4. Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to pay, or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional fees incurred on next delivery.
